About Border Crossers:
Border Crossers is an education equity nonprofit that utilizes creative tools to encourage educators in explorations of race, identity and equity with young students. We believe that if educators are prepared to have meaningful conversations about race and racism, students will be better equipped to interrupt patterns of systemic injustice and thrive in their schools and communities.
Border Crossers offers citywide workshops and in-school professional development. We also present at dozens of national schools and conferences and organize a Learning Network for and by educators.
