Dear School,

Welcome back to the new school year.  RIISE is excited to share with you the new and traditional ways it continues to serve as a bridge for both perspective and current families of color considering private independent day and boarding schools. Consider RIISE a trusted partner who is engaged in building relationships and connections with families who desire assistance in navigating the world of independent school education which can be an empowering experience.

RIISE seeks to work with schools that work towards fully realizing the richness in diversity as community. This academic year RIISE will continue to offer prospective and current families of color insights into our member schools and their efforts to be inclusive and thoughtful about the importance of diversity. List below is a summary of the benefits of being a member school in the RIISE network:

RIISE’s ultimate goal is to increase the recruitment of families of color, widely share school identity, support retention, and ensure both the schools and the families are maximizing this amazing experience. Our network currently represents families of color in tri-state and beyond who place premium on quality education and the organizations they associate with, thought leaders in education and diversity & inclusion, institutions who benefit from diverse pipeline recruitment.
