Recap: PoCC & SDLC

RefreshED. REFOCUSED. RejuvinateD In Seattle!.png

I would LOVE to tell you about my experience at PoCC this year! Let's chat next time we cross paths. I don't have any handouts but can share some links shared by speakers of the workshops I attended. PoCC is such an incredible mix of keynote speakers, workshops, professional development, affinity group work, and networking. The workshops are focused on personal and professional growth - I attended a few about being a woman of color in leadership. The powerful part of PoCC, for me, is being a part of the Latinx affinity spaces - these happen 3 times over the course of the conference. There were close to 500 educators who identify as Latinx in our group! As you can imagine, it's quite an affirming experience!  -Jessica Delgado LS Dir of Student Life & Community Engagement - RCS
